Choice lustrous chocolate brown with overtones of light bluish steel. The surfaces are satiny and mellowed mint red covers 5-10% of the reverse. The only mark is a small spot of very fine carbon tucked into the bottom of the O in ONE. LDS, die state c. The repunching on the 1's is gone and the tops of the C & E in CENT are joined by crumbling. This is Newcomb's old #28. Our grade is MS63.
