Very attractive lustrous medium brown and light chocolate. Sharp and satiny with outstanding eye appeal. The only marks are a few very light diagonal ticks on the cheek and jaw, another in the field close to the hair between stars 7 & 8, and a final one on the upright of the 1 in the date. None of these marks is visible to the unaided eye. Sharply struck LDS, die state b, with crumbling in the top of the N in ONE. The fields are no longer reflective; now hard and satiny but without any visible flowlines. Our grade is MS60, tied for CC#5 overall in the Grellman census but finest of the late die state. The attribution and Great Pacific Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label.405710.64/37528903Ex James R.
