Slightly sharper with small nicks on the obverse including a rim nick above star 5. Otherwise smooth with attractive glossy medium brown and light chocolate toning. There is a small, shallow low spot in the field off the tip of the nose and a couple more around the O in ONE, all caused by debris/lubricant on the dies. Rare late die state, die state c, with a single reverse rim cud break at ES in STATES, and the cud is strong.
