Frosty tan and light brown mixed with bluish steel and chocolate. Peeps of faded mint red show in a few of the protected places around the portrait and the eye appeal of this cent is quite nice. This cent has solid mint state eye appeal but there is a hint of rub on the very highest points of the portrait. No spots or stains. The only notable marks are a tiny planchet chip on the bottom of the 6, a tick on the truncation above the 3, and a small nick on the upright of the first T in STATES. LDS with numerous die cracks on the reverse including the final one down through the second S in STATES. The reverse is rotated 30 degrees CW. Our grade is AU58. The attribution is noted on the PCGS Gold Shield label.

AUCTION TERMS OF SALE
1. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. In case of dispute the auctioneer may at his sole discretion reopen a lot. In all cases the auctioneer’s decision shall be final and binding on bidders.
2. The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse to honor any bid which, at his sole discretion, he feels is not submitted in good faith. The auctioneer may withdraw any lot, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.
3. All sales are payable in U. S. funds immediately upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made prior to the sale. Lots will not be released to buyers until paid for in full. Lots delivered in state of sale are subject to all applicable state and local taxes unless appropriate permits are on file with us.
4. Postage will be added to the invoice of all successful mail bidders.
5. A 20% buyer’s fee will be added to all invoices.
6. Please keep in mind this is not an approval sale. All sales are considered final. Sales to the floor may not be returned for any reason save authenticity. Sales to mail bidders are final unless lot proves to have been mis-described.
7. Lots will be available for viewing during the Houston Money Show bourse hours January 17, 2020 and by appointment.

Lots will open at one increment above second highest mail/phone bidder.
