Lustrous olive brown and chocolate with traces of mint red showing on both sides. Subtle hints of bluish steel and sea-green overtone can be found in the fields and this cent has excellent eye appeal. A tiny spot of darker toning off the upper point of star 4 and a couple more between stars 5 & 6 are the only marks, and they are barely visible. Nicely struck E-MDS. The die lines from the leaf tip under the first A in AMERICA are clear. Graded MS63 by Bland. Our grade is MS62. The attribution and COL Ellsworth Collection provenance are shown on the PCGS Gold Shield label.
