1828 N-10 R1 Small Date PCGS graded MS64 BrownLustrous golden tan and light steel brown delicately mottled with some light reddish steel at stars 12-13. There are faint hints of underlying mint red on the reverse and this cent has very nice eye appeal. Essentially void of contact marks; a small spot of reddish brown toning under the right foot of the R in AMERICA is a good identifying mark. MDS, die state a, with microscopic radial die flowlines but before the fine die crack from the bust to star 1. Graded MS61 and CC#4 in the Noyes census, his photo #27440. Our grade is MS62.
