1827 N-6 R3 PCGS graded MS63 BrownGlossy golden tan and light steel brown with mint luster covering the fields and protected areas. A beautiful cent with solid mint state eye appeal, but there is a hint of rub on the very highest points of the devices. Essentially flawless except for a minor curved planchet clip that affects only the dentils at the 7 towards star 13 and the opposing ones at the O in OF. LDS, die state b. The earlier dashes right of the second S in STATES are gone. Graded AU55 and tied for CC#4 in the Noyes census, his photo #37324. Our grade is AU55.Certificate Number: 36853.63/30821482Pedigree: Ex Frank McElwain-Thomas D. Reynolds 7/1995-W. M. "Jack" Wadlington (The Twin Leaf Collection), Stack's Bowers 7/16/2015:2148-Terry S.
