Glossy light olive and golden tan blending to darker olive brown in protected areas on the obverse. Lustrous and satiny with sharp details and great eye appeal. A spot of very fine carbon nestled under the ear lobe and a few tiny planchet chips on the cheek are the only defects, and they are easily missed. Looks choice mint state, and the PCGS grade attests to that, but there is a hint of friction on the hair over the eye. LDS, Grellman state c, with fine die cracks on both sides including the final one from the bust to the dentils left of the date. Our grade is AU58+, very close to mint state. The attribution and Twin Leaf Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label.Certificate: 36796.64/30808990Pedigree: Ex Garrett Collection, Bowers & Ruddy 11/28/1979:151 (as MS63)-R. E.
