1822 N-7 R3+ VF20+Sharpness VF35 with a patch of fine corrosion under NT in CENT into the wreath below and specks of fine verdigris elsewhere on the reverse. The obverse is smooth with just minor contact marks. Mostly glossy olive brown and chocolate mixed with reddish brown tones on the reverse. M-LDS, die state b. The outside leaf below IC in AMERICA is quite weak and the vertical crack down through star 7 is clear. Graded VF35 net VF20 in the Noyes census, his photo #34767.
