1822 N-7 R3+ PCGS graded MS62 BrownFrosty tan and light brown with slightly darker steel brown toning on the highpoints. Satiny mint luster shows in some of the protected areas, especially on the reverse. There is a hint of reddish brown toning in the field at the front of the coronet and a bit more between the 1 & 8 in the date. No notable signs of contact, only very light wear on the highpoints. EDS, die state a. The weak leaf under IC in AMERICA is fully outlined. Called AU55 and CC#1 by 10 points in the Bland census. Noyes says AU55 net EF45 and tied for CC#1, his photo #35403. AUCTION TERMS OF SALE
1. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. In case of dispute the auctioneer may at his sole discretion reopen a lot. In all cases the auctioneer’s decision shall be final and binding on bidders.
2. The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse to honor any bid which, at his sole discretion, he feels is not submitted in good faith. The auctioneer may withdraw any lot, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.
3. All sales are payable in U. S. funds immediately upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made prior to the sale. Lots will not be released to buyers until paid for in full. Lots delivered in state of sale are subject to all applicable state and local taxes unless appropriate permits are on file with us.
4. Postage will be added to the invoice of all successful mail bidders.
5. A 20% buyer’s fee will be added to all invoices.
6. Please keep in mind this is not an approval sale. All sales are considered final. Sales to the floor may not be returned for any reason save authenticity. Sales to mail bidders are final unless lot proves to have been mis-described.
7. Lots will be available for viewing during the Houston Money Show bourse hours January 17, 2020 and by appointment.

Lots will open at one increment above second highest mail/phone bidder.
