1822 N-6 R3 PCGS graded MS63 BrownThe obverse is lustrous steel brown and light chocolate with faded mint color covering the protected areas. The reverse is frosty light brown and tan faded down from mint color with steel brown toning on the highpoints. This cent has very nice eye appeal, but there are a few light contact marks scattered over both sides. The notable marks are a few ticks in the field right of star 2 and a shallow nick down from the right base of the E in CENT. Nicely struck E-MDS, die state a late, with radial lines in all the stars and most of the inner circle visible from star 1 to star 8. Called MS63 and CC#1 in the Bland census. AUCTION TERMS OF SALE
1. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. In case of dispute the auctioneer may at his sole discretion reopen a lot. In all cases the auctioneer’s decision shall be final and binding on bidders.
2. The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse to honor any bid which, at his sole discretion, he feels is not submitted in good faith. The auctioneer may withdraw any lot, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.
3. All sales are payable in U. S. funds immediately upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made prior to the sale. Lots will not be released to buyers until paid for in full. Lots delivered in state of sale are subject to all applicable state and local taxes unless appropriate permits are on file with us.
4. Postage will be added to the invoice of all successful mail bidders.
5. A 20% buyer’s fee will be added to all invoices.
6. Please keep in mind this is not an approval sale. All sales are considered final. Sales to the floor may not be returned for any reason save authenticity. Sales to mail bidders are final unless lot proves to have been mis-described.
7. Lots will be available for viewing during the Houston Money Show bourse hours January 17, 2020 and by appointment.

Lots will open at one increment above second highest mail/phone bidder.
