Lustrous light olive and chocolate with bluish steel overtones. Traces of lighter tan show in protected areas on the reverse, perhaps from an old cleaning. The obverse is satiny and has outstanding eye appeal. A tiny scratch between stars 5 & 6 is the only notable mark, and it is barely visible. M-LDS showing fine die rust on both sides, but the tiny center dot on the reverse is still visible. A sharp cent that has excellent eye appeal. Graded AU55 and tied for CC#7 in the Noyes census, his photo #36200. Our grade is AU58. Comes with a very nice provenance. The attribution and COL Ellsworth Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS Gold Shield label.
