Frosty medium to dark steel and olive brown with a few puffs of reddish brown toning on the reverse. Satiny mint luster covers much of both sides but there are areas that are relatively dull, particularly from star 4 to star 6. The notable marks are a tiny nick on the nose, a very thin nick over the 8 in the date, and a rim bruise at TA in STATES. Sharply struck MDS showing crisp hair details, even the strands above the eye brow. Only remnants of the inner circle remain visible between the dentils tips from star 1 to star 3 and the portrait is covered with microscopic lumps from fine die rust. Our grade is AU55 sharpness net AU50. The attribution is noted on the PCGS label.
