Frosty light steel brown and tan. Satiny and nearly flawless except for a diagonal nick on the upper lip into the cheek and a small spot under the I in UNITED. Nicely struck E-MDS with well-defined dentils around both sides and fine flowlines in the fields. Looks choice mint state but there is a trace of friction on the highest points of the devices. Graded MS60 and tied for CC#2 honors in the Noyes census, his photo #36675. Our grade is AU58. The attribution and Twin Leaf Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label.

Ex Chris McCawley 9/1998-Jack Wadlington (The Twin Leaf Collection), Stack's Bowers 3/30/2016:10040 (as MS60+)-Chris McCawley 1/29/2018-Doctor Thomas Wachtel Collection (includes the Wadlington collection notes and an older NGC grading ticket as MS64BN)
