Date: 1817Glossy medium brown and light chocolate. A smooth, attractive cent but there are a couple notable marks including a dull scratch on the left side of star 2 and a light rim bruise over AT in STATES. MDS, Grellman state c early, with a die crack from the end of the nose to star 2 and another from the top of the hair bun to over star 10. The "Mouse Break" on top of the head is strong. A very nice example of this popular die state. Our grade is VF35 sharpness net VF30.
