Lustrous tan and light steel brown blending to light chocolate brown on the upper part of the reverse. The surfaces are satiny and the notable marks are some microscopic ticks on the cheek, a faint hairline at the left top of star 10, and a few spots of darker brown toning: one on the right side of the 8, another between the tops of the 1 & 7, and two more in the field before the face. Nicely struck EDS. The fields are just starting to show fine radial flowlines from the dentils and there is no trace of a "Mouse" break on top of the head. Minor doubling is visible on the back of the ear and along the right edge of the portrait (from die bounce or machine doubling). A nice cent. Our grade is MS60. The attribution is noted on the PCGS label.
