Very attractive frosty light olive and steel with a subtle hint of bluish steel overtone. The surfaces are lustrous and the eye appeal is excellent. Nearly flawless; a few microscopic ticks high on the cheek are the only notable marks. LDS with a very thin rim cud at star 3. Called MS60 and tied for CC#4 in the Noyes census, his photo #21913. Our grade is MS60. A very nice 1817 cent that comes with an important provenance. The attribution and Neiswinter provenance are noted on the PCGS label.
