Date: 1800Sharpness EF40 or slightly better but damaged by banging it into another coin (not another large cent) leaving deep dents arcing from the neck to the bust. The dents show incuse dentils plus at least one incuse star (which rules out the second large cent; the size of the arcs and presence of a star suggest a half dollar). Additional dents show at OF-AMER and that area of the planchet is bent. On the other hand the details of this S-208 are really sharp and there is very little wear on the devices. Frosty olive and steel brown. E-MDS, Breen state II, with a small cud break over the right top of the T in TY.Ex Jack H. Beymer-Jack H.
