Very attractive glossy chocolate brown with lighter brown toning covering the devices on both sides. The two-tone appearance accents those devices and the eye appeal of this piece is quite nice. There are traces of verdigris in a few protected areas, mostly around VS in GEORGIVS, but it takes a glass to see any of it. The only notable mark is a light horizontal scratch well hidden in the toning over the ear. The central area on the reverse is not fully struck, as usual, but everything else is strong. Struck with the obverse slightly misaligned to K-11 affecting only the dentils. A really nice example of this tough Machin's variety. The attribution is noted on the PCGS label.
